Unbowed Wilfried Nancy does not fear being fired yet supporters unleash fury following derby defeat.
The under-pressure manager stated he was not afraid of the sack, maintaining, “I believe we are extremely close to things turning around,” despite edging perilously close to being fired with a heavy loss to their arch-rivals.
Another Meltdown Leads to Old Firm Disaster

The coach highlights the fact Celtic can perform strongly for 45 minutes at a time. “The level we had at stages was really, really, really high. This is the reality. I wouldn't speak so positively if it was untrue. But that’s why, in terms of results, I said this is the same story. That’s why I feel we are nearly there to a shift in fortunes. Currently: small things.”
“I saw many, many good things that we did, once more. The issue now comes down to consistency. My narrative would be different the same. That’s why I firmly believe we’re going to be able to turn things around.”
Röhl’s Cautious Outlook
Rangers manager refused to contemplate a serious challenge in spite of what seemed like a landmark win. “One match at a time, then we can gradually build momentum,” he said. “The belief in the team is outstanding.”
